Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns for products that are unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact. Return requests must be submitted within 3–5 days of receiving your order.

Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges for size-related issues or products received in damaged or defective condition. Exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
• Perfumes and fragrances (for hygiene and safety reasons)
• Used, washed, or damaged products (unless received in that condition)
• Products without original packaging, tags, or accessories
• Clearance, sale, or customized items (unless defective)

How to Request a Return or Exchange

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer support team with your order number, reason for the request, and clear images of the product. Our team will review your request and provide further instructions.

Refund Policy

Once the returned product has been received and successfully inspected, eligible refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days. Refunds will be issued through the original payment method or as store credit, depending on the payment mode and eligibility.

Reverse Pickup

Reverse pickup service is available in selected locations. If reverse pickup is unavailable in your area, you may be asked to ship the product to us. Reimbursement of courier charges will be subject to approval.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify us within 24–48 hours of delivery by sharing clear photos and your order details. We will arrange a replacement or an appropriate resolution as quickly as possible.

Shipping Charges

Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Additional shipping charges may apply for exchanges unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.
